The sound and lighting equipment are reviewed. The stage and big screens get set up. In outdoor arenas the chairs are placed on the concourse/lawn areas. Cameras are focused and the band does a live sound-check.

It takes many people to make sure the show runs smoothly, including Jimbo on lights and Bailey on main camera. What an experience to watch a concert from this perspective.
